Kelly was our Saturday morning WW group leader in Thornhill and she was quite a girl.
She was interesting, inspirational and had a great sense of humour. Who from our WW group will not forget her saying "no one ever got fat from eating vegetables".
May she rest in peace and our condolences to her family and friends.

Our deepest sympathy goes Kozak family. We used to go to WW a while ago in Scarborough. She always greeted us with a big bright smile and big Hello and say Happy whatever day it was.
She always was willing to give you some good tips and encouragement.
She started by making people put there name on a sticker then someone could take the group home for the week to help you as a little boost. If my memory is right my last time I attended WW meeting I got this pile of names and Kelly was on top. So now I will hold this little memory and hear her friendly bubbly Hello.
RIP KELLY until we reunite one day where points dont count.

Kelly was our WW leader awhile ago. But unfortunately we dropped out. Luckily a good friend of mine Rose shared the news about Kelly with me and and I was set back as some tears shed deep inside of me. As I could hear her friendly and bubbly voice saying Hello or Happy whatever day it might be. She always was willing to listen and give you some helpful tips.
But then started something new where we put our names on stickers and someone could take the group home to help you for the week. If my memory holds me the last WW meeting I was at I got to take these pile of stickers and Kelly's name was on top. As I could picture her beautiful smile and rosey cheeks and say Hello.
Unfortunately I cant hear that voice anymore saying Hello but until we reunite in Heaven.
RIP KELLY XO

More than a conscientious tenant, Kelly was a friend to the Church and a friend to life. We enjoyed the spirit she brought every Thursday, inspiring the WW group; and much admire her accomplishments in her other fields of effort. Kelly had aa hands-on determination and a clear vision. She is much missed. Thank you to all who supported and encouraged her.

My sincere condolences to the Kozak family. Kelly was a kind, caring and generous person that will be missed by everyone that knew her. I worked with Kelly for years at WW. We became good friends outside of work as well. We competed in our first( and only) duathalon, made several trips over to Buffalo shopping, had Thanksgiving dinner together etc. All of these are cherished memories for me. She was so thoughtful. I have never known anyone quite like her. She would find the most thoughtful little gifts that were special and personalized. My husbands Dale Earnhardt mat and my figure skating ornaments are even more precious now. RIP my friend. I will miss your loving smile and upbeat attitude.

Kelly was a very inspiring Weight Watcher leader. Her personality filled the room and she always made a point to share different foods she found in grocery stores all over the place that fit into the WW program. I always appreciated that as it is very easy to get stuck with eating the same foods. In retrospect I wish I had made it to more Sunday morning meetings but it was not always easy because my church's service is at 11 a.m.
It is one of those things in life that you take for granted - that Kelly would always be there whenever I could make it. I was shocked when I got to the January 6th meeting that she was in intensive care after having heart surgery a month prior. I felt hopeful that she would eventually be back. This is a classic example of when you appreciate something in life, treasure it and work at making time for it. You just never know, so Kelly left another message for us - make the most of and enjoy every single day as you just never know what tomorrow brings. Thank you Kelly for your caring self and you have definitely made your mark on many people by being a shining example of helpfulness and goodness. God bless.

Kelly was our first WW leader upon moving to Canada, and she was informative, inspirational and funny as she guided us on our journey to becoming Lifetime members. Her dedication and caring were always at the forefront, easy to see and very much appreciated. We looked forward to our weekly meetings with her. Her tragic loss at such an early age must be devastating to those close to her and we send our sincere sympathies to you all.

As Mary Connolly's cousin, I had the opportunity to meet up with Kelly on numerous occasions. I came to know Kelly as a person that did Gods work every day through her kindness, gentle spirit, sincerity, thoughtfulness, generosity and non-judgemental ways. She lived 54 years to be very proud of that many of us would attempt a lifetime to achieve. She had the opportunity to, and did make a positive impact on people’s lives through working at the daycare and WeightWatchers. God bless you Kelly Kozak. I will keep you in my prayers!

I am so saddened by the passing of Kelly, and still in a state of disbelief. Every Saturday morning Jack and I have been asking how Kelly is doing. I have known Kelly for almost 15 years, going back to Center Pointe days. Besides being so motivating, you could always count on her for having a smile on her face. I still hear her saying ... ''Happy Saturday!'' My heartfelt condolences go out to the family and all those who loved her dearly. She was a kind, caring soul who was taken way too soon. She will be sorely missed by all.

I worked with her at WW for 10 years when I lived in Toronto and although I've only seen her a few times since I moved to Guelph it was as though we just saw each other the day before ... as if no time had gone by.
