Obituary of Lynda Lingard
LYNDA LINGARD
On the night of Tuesday, October 30, 2018, the most beautiful light went out. Lynda Ann Lingard, 62, of Toronto passed peacefully at home where she wanted to live out her final days surrounded by her husband Danny, son Tim (Melissa), daughter Stefanie (Cesar) and her loving grandchildren Sadie, Hayli, Hannah, Alexander, Shane and Logan. Lynda was also the loving mother of the late Alexander and daughter of the late Manny and Mary Stoiou.
Lynda was a one of a kind soul that touched the lives of everyone she met. During her 20 years with the Toronto Bail Program, it was her incredible love and compassionate nature that allowed her to acquire a second family with everyone that she worked with. All that knew and loved her, feel this great loss! She was a wonderful wife, mom, Baba, boss and always a friend, who is now at peace. In lieu of gifts/flowers, donations can be made to Princess Margaret Hospital (www.thepmcf.ca).
The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 3rd.
