Dear Mr Heffernan and All,
I have sat with memories of your mom all week - her style - driving her yellow mustang with her leather driving gloves; her bright red cape against her white hair, off to the opera; and her intellect, which expanded mine on many an occasion and has left a lasting impression. I will miss her, as I know you will, and I send you my sympathy and deepest condolences.
