My deepest condolences to Audrey Anderson’s family and friends. I had the pleasure of working with Audrey at Hansard for more than 15 years. She was a great role model, consistently demonstrating not just consummate professionalism, but enormous grace under the pressures of a highly stressful pace and workload and in what was then, not unusual for the times, a sexist environment. One of my great delights was discovering that Audrey possessed a sly, wicked wit as well her more obvious impeccable sense of style. It’s clear from the photos posted that she maintained that style through her later years. I’m honoured to have known her.
