Dear Judy and family,
So sorry to hear of the passing of dear Art.
Bernie saw him regularly in the GCGym, and they always chatted. I often saw him when I was ion the computers near the gym, and he ALWAYS stopped to talk.
What a wonderful warm man he was, always so upbeat.
We are so very sorry for your loss and will keep you in our thoughts and prayers.
Dawn and Bernie Rivait from Victoria, B.C.

Art was an amazing leader of our Public Affairs team at IBM, part of his role at VP, Law and Corporate Relations. He allowed us to be "wild ducks" but he taught us to fly in formation to be effective. He was a mentor, a teacher, a friend who in his patient and quite way motivated us to produce extraordinarily results. Memories of working with him will always be highlights of my time at IBM. My condolences to his family and friends. He will be missed by all.

I first got to know Art when we were in high school together. Some years later Art asked my sister to marry him. That was a lucky day for both Judy and Art. For more than 50 years they shared a great love for each other. It was comforting to know my sister was in great hands.
Art was one of the kindest and most sincere people I ever knew. He always had a kind word to say to anyone in his presence. In short, Art was a truly fine "gentleman".
Art loved his work at IBM and IBM was lucky to have such a hard working and devoted employee.
What I remember most, however, was his devotion to Judy and their family. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Art was a class act. It was always a pleasure to visit Judy at their home in Rosedale and at the new condo.
Part of the reason was because Art was always genuinely welcoming.
He adored Judy and was alway so proud of her accomplishments even when her exhibits for Canada Blooms took over all the main rooms of the house.
He made me feel like a part of the family rather than a guest when I visited.
You will be missed by all of us dear Art.
