Dear Uncle Bob, Andra, Ian and family,
We were very shocked and saddened to learn of Aunt Christine’s passing, as we can only imagine you were. Our deepest sympathies for your great loss. We will always remember her as being gentle and kind, generous and witty. We have a number of children’s books gifted to us over the years with inscriptions from Aunt Christine. I love coming across them and will continue to think of her often as I read those books to my children. She will be greatly missed.
With much love,
Erin & Justin

Bob and family:
We were shocked and saddened to hear of Christine's passing. Our first long ago memories of Christine were at exotic Honeywell trip venues like Bermuda. Of course, more recent encounters were at the bridge tables. But always a pleasant and happy one. Bob, we hope you will return to the tables sooner than later.

Bob, I am so sorry to hear of Christine’s passing. I have so many wonderful memories of times we spent together living across from each other. I remember fondly our time learning the game of bridge with our teacher Sam. We would spend time late at night on the phone going over new conventions. Christine was a true friend. I will miss her dreadfully.
Bob I remember how much you helped me during my divorce. You both were such good friends. Thank you.
May you find peace in the memory of all your years together.

Christine was a lovely person to know and a good friend to both of us. The week we spent Christine and Bob in Gatlinburg was very special to us. Time was well spent walking, laughing, dining and sharing family stories. She often spoke of her granddaughters with much love in her heart.
Dinner at the Maxwell’s was always a posh gourmet event prepared with much love and expertise by Christine. Each dinner always included multiple fancy appetizers, a great main course culminating in a special dessert. Once she ended the meal with a memorable lemon syllabub.
Christine enjoyed her travels with Bob to exotic places all over the world. Last June although we were on separate Baltic cruises, we had an unexpected encounter with them in the German Church in Stockholm’s old town. We were on a self-guided tour prior to our cruise and the Maxwell’s were on their cruise excursion. When Vic sneaked up and hugged Christine, she broke into an ear to ear smile after her original impulse to scream thinking she was being attacked in the church.
We loved Christine and will always cherish many memories of her.
