Obituary of Paola Vidi

VIDI, Paola

Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, March 25, 2018, with her only son Robert at her side. Predeceased by her beloved husband Anselmo who passed away July 29, 1992. Born in Spormaggiore, Italy in 1926 to Paolo and Cesira (nee Rampanelli) Lochner.

 

Loyal sister to predeceased Antoinetta, Giulia, Michele, and survived by Lodovica, Vito (Narcisa), Fortunata (Giulio), and Giulio (Giovanna); and sister-in-law to predeceased Giuseppe, Vittorio, Mansueto, and survived by Lidia.

 

Dearly loved mother of Robert (Jo Ann), and grandmother (Nonna) of Madelena, Kristin and Joseph.

 

Paola’s loving and generous personality will be missed by her many nieces and nephews, as well as her friends at St. Margaret’s, Trentini and Focolari Communities.

 

The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES – NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from from 4:00 - 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27th.

 

Funeral Mass will be held in ST. CLARE OF ASSISI CATHOLIC CHURCH, 150 Saint Francis Avenue, Woodbridge at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 28th.  Interment will follow at Beechwood Cemetery, 271 Jane Street, Concord.  Condolences, photographs and memories may be forwarded through www.humphreymilesnewbigging.com.
