Both Mary Chard and her son Michael send condolences to the Zelmo family, especially Jim and Cassandra. Although we met Chris only occasionally, usually at a gathering hosted by the Murphy's on Wanless Avenue, we have very vivid and fond memories of a cheerful, vigorous and lovely woman. As her obituary states, she was a true "Brit" with all the joy and resilience that designation invokes. Our Christian hope tells us that that joy is now ever fulfilled in that true homeland where "Chris" is now embraced and celebrated forever. May she rest in peace after a job well done.
