Obituary of James (Jim) Hardey Reid

JAMES (JIM) HARDEY REID

Passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at the age of 71.  Jim was the beloved son of Elizabeth Anne French and the older brother to Colin French (Judy), Colleen French and Callie Latimer.  He was the loving uncle to Matthew, Heather, Michael, Megan and Katie, as well as the great uncle to Cole French.

A resident of Toronto and Whitby, Ontario, Chicago Illinois and Palm Springs California, Jim was one of the foremost in his field of architectural and interior design.  He will be forever remembered for his charm and sophistication and his passion for the arts.  A long-time member of TIMOTHY EATON MEMORIAL CHURCH, 230 St. Clair Avenue West, a service in his memory will be held there on Tuesday, October 3rd at 2:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Timothy Eaton Memorial Church Radio Fund.  Condolences, photographs and memories may be forwarded through www.humphreymilesnewbigging.com.
