Nan, Helen, Laura and family. I have been blessed to have known your mom, I remember when we lived on Queensdale, as a kid Susan and Papa sitting on the veranda her smile a mile long or when she used to watch Jason she would walking by or should I say jogging by the house chasing Jason. Susan had an infectious smile and contagious laugh. I will always cherish all the fond memories from when we used to have our rotating family dinners. Heaven is very lucky to have such a warm, kind and funny angel. R.I.P Susan you will be missed by all.

I already miss you calling me "hen". We never said goodbye without saying I love you. Your shortbread and tattie scones were legendary. So was your laugh. I don't ever remember you swearing. You were a lady who had strong family ties and values. Then there was that lovely Scottish accent I loved hearing. You had a strong love for your mother country Scotland but was a proud Canadian through and through.

Helen, Nan, Laura and family our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Your mum was a very special lady and will be missed so much, we all loved her dearly. I had many a good laugh with her and I those are the memories I will cherish. Also her kindness, even up to the week before I left for Scotland on vacation I was meeting them at the mall for lunch and had a wee package for me and sure enough it was her famous shortbread. that was my last special memory of her. God Bless and RIP Susan our dear friend xox

Rest in Peace Mom. Really going to miss hearing your voice on Sunday's when we'd have our wee chats and you'd tell me how many candles you lit for my soul that week...lol. The kids will miss you and your letters with the newspaper clippings or horoscopes or anything else trivial you thought they'd love. Your shortbread and tattie scones were legendary and will never be forgotten by anyone who had the pleasure of tasting them. You will be missed by so many.
Love you
Laura

I will miss our conversations that took place for many years. Thank you for being such a great friend to me. We had many a good laugh. I admired the strength you had. You were not one to gossip, criticize others or feel sorry for yourself. The glass was always half full where you were concerned. You loved your children and grandchildren so much and you never failed in keeping me updated on every one of them. There was nothing but love in your heart for them.
I hope you are with your beloved Wally now and all those who have passed in the family.
Thank you for being an example of kindness and caring. You will be missed.
Love Gwen

A wonderful woman with a genuine kindness and had a passion for helping others. Susan helped me in a time of need when life felt helpless. She was an angel who spread her wings no matter the challenge or sacrifice. Thank you Susan, you helped changed lives and you were authentic to whom you were. Thoughts and prayers go out to the family. Love and blessings at this time of loss.
