So sorry to hear of Ron's passing! We spent a lot of time talking about his Toronto Mapke Leafs in the pool in Naples, although I am a Habs fan. He had a love for tennis, but was an avid supporter of Pickleball at HLV which I played.
He will be sadly missed by all at HLV, Naples!

Dear Lynda
We were very sorry to learn of Ron's passing. We will miss him at the tennis (pickleball) courts and in the pool in Naples. I always enjoyed our discussions on Canadian politics, especially as Ron's opinions and mine meshed quite nicely.
Sincere sympathies,
David Moll & Janice Nixon

I was very fortunate to know Ron as a friend.
I appreciated his great sense of humour and balanced perspective on life.
His mischievous smile could light up the room.
His editorials were always a great read.
Always competitive, he continued our battles on the tennis court to the very end.
What a great guy!
His loss truly diminishes us all.
I will miss him.

Very sad to read about the passing of Ron and our thoughts and prayers to his family. I worked with Ron as a member of the 54 Division Detective Office (Metropolitan Toronto Police) also known as the A.D.A. (Alert Detective Agency...."We may Dose but never close".) Ron was the consummate professional and it was a privilege to have known and worked with him.
