Cheryl and family - Please accept my condolences for your Father, Charlie. Your Dad hired me as Office Manager in Feb 1981 for the Toronto Branch when he was Central Division Manager for Snap-on and later to be my Branch Manager when the Toronto Branch became larger. It was a pleasure working for and with him and he always treated me and my family well. At Christmas we received a bonus but it when by years of service but your Dad made sure I received extra, which was appreciated when you have two small children. Charlie would tell me to take my wife out to dinner and he would reimburse me, but back then in the 1980's, recession the raises were small if any, but he away looked out for me. I left Snap-on and realized it was a mistake and your Dad tried to get me back but management would not let me, but I did come back later, but your Dad had already left. I did see him when we had the retirement for Yosh Yonekura our warehouse manager (40 years), but lost touch when they moved from Dinnick. I appreciate all he did for me and I am sorry for your loss.
