CROWE, Dorothy “Edith” Edith passed away peacefully on Friday, March 31, 2017, in Cobourg, Ontario at the age of 101. Beloved wife of the late William Turner Crowe and sister to Howard, Josephine, Rita, Alva, Doris and Murray. Loving mother to Irene and son-in-law Jilles Peter and to Elizabeth (deceased) and son-in-law Barry. Dear grandmother to Danielle (Christopher), Scott, Trevor (Heidi), and Jodi (Jim). Great-grandmother to Jordan, Miranda, Kirsten, Alannah and Braedyn. Much loved aunt and dear friend to all. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES – NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 8th followed by a service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. If desired, donations can be sent to The Canadian Cancer Society, The Canadian Kidney Foundation or The Canadian Diabetes Foundation.
