<p>With great sadness, the family announces Jeannette's passing on Sunday, March 19, 2017 in the Palliative Care Unit at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in Toronto, following a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Predeceased by her beloved husband Fred (2003). Loving mother of Andrea (husband Amit Singh) of California, and Andrew predeceased 1987. Cherished grandmother of Jasmine Sophie. Dear daughter of Delphine (née Dellaire) and Eugene Sabourin predeceased. Dear sister to Roger predeceased 1992 (late Florence), Marcel predeceased 2004 (Linda née Rioux of Sudbury) and Maurice predeceased 1997 (Carol-Anne née Valentini of Sudbury). Sadly missed by many loving nieces and nephews, friends and extended family in the GTA, Sudbury and Ottawa region, and her Lake Penage family from Canada and the US.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>A woman of great strength and unending love for family and friends, Jeannette will be cherished and forever remembered by all whose lives she touched, for her grace, her courage, her dignity, her loving heart, and her generous and giving spirit.</p>
