Dear John, Jenny and David
I was saddened to hear of your mother's illness and passing, but found solace today at your wonderful tribute to the smart, talented, curious, generous woman and mother and grandmother she was with such a zest for life. It was nice to meet with the nurses who helped to care for her and bring her joy in her last months - although she was always keeping them in check with her own nursing experience. Thank you for sharing your parents with me. I think of your dad often, and will miss your mother's kindness to me over the years. Looking forward to sharing more memories upon my mother's return. Off to hug a tree.
