We knew Warren from seeing him around the neighbourhood and first met him at Second Cup 15 years ago. Warren was a true gentlemen. A genuine and thoughtful person who treated everyone with respect and kindness. We will miss his warm and friendly smile and will chershish our memories of him forever. Warren made a difference in our lives by teaching us what is truly important in life. We send our heartfelt condolences to Warren's family. Lilly and Jeff M

My heart-felt sympathy to Warren family. For numerous years he assisted me with numerous funerals and did so with dignity, grace and a professionalism second to none. Indeed we would see each other at the Second Cup and share our common interests. I will miss his gentleness and friendship. Heaven is a little more personal now that Warren is there. May you all experience the gift of the Holy Spirit, the Comforter that Jesus promised I sincerely regret that a previous commitment prevents me from attending his service and reception afterwards. Our sincere thoughts and prayers to all members of Warren's extended family. Colleen and I got to know Warren through good friends Catherina Maughan and David Tyrell. Our meeting places where either McSorely's bar or Starbucks...with a heavy emphasis on the bar. We never knew Warren before he was sick, and not in pain. In spite of that Warren was always in good spirits..and always a source of good stories. We will miss his keen and subtle wit. Both Colleen feel fortunate for having known him and mourn his passing. Weeks ago, at the Granite Club. A favourite dining spot of Warren's where he often bumped into people he knew. He regaled the staff with trivia and complements. Ever the gentleman.
