Obituary of Mary Borda

BORDA, Mary Grace Passed away peacefully at Kensington Gardens, Toronto on Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the age of 96. Predeceased by her husband Steve, her sisters Grace, Irene and Barbara, and son Steve. Dear mother of Sandra (John) and Les, and mother-in-law to Marge. Loving grandmother of Cheryl, Steven, Nicholas (Christina) and Amanda (Jason). Great-grandmother of Jeremy, Julia, Evan and Brookelyn. Born in Hungary, Mary came to Canada at age 17. She spent much of her life here in Simcoe and Delhi, Ontario. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES – NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 28th, with a service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m. and a reception to follow.
