Obituary of Pamela Mauran

PAMELA MAURAN It is with great sadness we announce the death of our beloved mother, Pamela Mauran, of Toronto on Sunday, January 1, 2017 of heart failure at home in Hazelton Place. Pamela was born in Toronto where she was married to Richard (Rick) Mauran and raised her two children, Richard and Sloan, whom she adored. In her younger years Pamela was a successful model and actress. A remarkable and exquisite woman with a rare combination of compassion, intelligence and an unsurpassed beauty that ran deep beneath the surface. Her glamour was exceeded only by her engaging charm and sharp wit, which made her truly captivating. She was fiercely loyal and devoted. Those she loved she loved for life. Pamela is survived by her son Richard (Kelley), grandchildren Mackenzie and Richard, daughter Sloan (Adrian Tauro) and granddaughter Sophia, as well as brother Richard Duggan. Pamela is preceded in death by her cherished brothers Charles and Counte. The family is most grateful to her dedicated caregivers Gina, Alicia and Erlin.
