Dear Katie, Deke and Rod; Happy memories abound around the loving relationship our families share. It started with Stew and Art and Ruth and Esther, colleagues and good friends. The connection has spread through the generations, from children to grandchildren and great grandchildren. Auntie Ruth carried the torch for many years on her own with wonderful stories and her ability to listen to and care for everyone around her. She is the most special person I have ever known. I am so very sorry to hear of the passing of Ruth and send to each one of you my thoughts and prayers! Ruth will remain forever in my memory and many of my most significant childhood memories have Ruth right in the center! Her loving, kind, friendly and funny spirit warmed those of us who were fortunate enough to spend time with her and she will forever remain in my heart.
