As a young couple, we were very fortunate to buy our first home next door to Lillian and Frank. Together, we nurtured the cedar hedge and a friendship. Our children loved to run next door for a cookie, and then race across to Bernice's for a second one! The Maw's were the best next door neighbours we could have had. What a life Lillian had after Thornhill - full and long. Her family has been fortunate to enjoy her company for so many years. With fond memories, Ed, Lou, Andy and Kate.
