I have been thinking and was unable to decide to write here.Can one sum up in a few lines a life of 76 years and its relationship with my admirable Mamaji.....How, when I was 4 or 5 years old he would line us all cousins to sit ,pose run pretending to take photographs which had no reel in the camera, vivid memories of his marriage, Ravi's birth ,when my Naani went to take care of Gulshan Maami I think in Agra, his going away to Canada and the pride. Him recommending books. Giving me a book signed by my father. My visits to Canada, him peeling fruit for me.. His friends always visiting my house in Delhi, his detailed messages of Champa's visits.... His love for my children....keeping in touch with them...I could write a book. I will be missed for the wisdom he shared, for the family history he shared and how much he liked my poetry.

We were very sorry to know about our loss. Dil Juneja had the greatest of accomplishments in his life and yet he was so full of humility. He is an example to all of us to emulate.
