Dear David,
We are deeply saddened about the passing of Daniel, and your great loss. We certainly enjoyed meeting you both on numerous occasions, with the multiple myeloma support group, and at the Myeloma Canada National Conference this spring in Montreal. We wish we could have known Daniel longer. David, you were a tremendous caregiver – as patients and caregivers ourselves, thank you immensely for that.
Our sincere sympathies to you, and all your family and friends.
