Obituary of Laura Ives Kilbourne
The family of Laura Kilbourne is sad to announce her sudden passing on Monday, September 26, 2016. Laurie or Lolo, as she was known to her many friends, lived a short but full life. She is predeceased by her parents, Susan Lowe Kilbourne and William Truman Kilbourne II. Most importantly, she leaves the lights of her life, her beloved triplets, Race, Hunter and Paris Olver-Kilbourne. Laurie loved life and travelled the world. She was charming and witty and lit up every room she entered, it was very hard to stay angry at her. She was a caring, supportive friend and a doting mother. She touched many lives and will be missed by everyone who knew her. Laurie was passionate about music, art and design and was always open to new adventures. Her vibrant smile, infectious laugh and unique sense of humour will be missed and remembered by all. Famous for being late, but she has left us all far too early in life.
The family will hold a celebration of her life at the Balmy Beach Club on date to be determined. If desired, in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to The Ontario Lung Association.
