Many years ago Barbara took us out for Chinese food in Toronto. She gave me my first chop stick lesson. I remember it like it was yesterday. She was a lovely lady.

I have such fond memories of Barbara from my childhood. I loved her laugh, the twinkle in her eye and her calm, soft nature. She just always seemed so gentle to me. It's been years since I've seen her but she'll always hold a place in my heart. Rest in Peace. Love to you Niki and your family. Barbara will be missed.

Dearest Barbara: our friendship goes back so many years and we have so many shared memories when our Niki and Kiki were little girls, as well as great memories of later years. My thoughts have been with you always, even although we hadn't seen each other recently. Barbara was a wonderful friend whom I met on Facebook, but whom I had the great pleasure of having as a guest in North Carolina, USA, with several other friends around the world. She and I were close, as we exchanged stories of our childhood and family, and I feel as though I know many of her closest relatives. You will all be close in my thoughts and prayers at this time, and Barbara, RIP, my Beloved Friend.
