Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your dear father/grandfather. Jack was my chief volunteer at Sunnybrook Hospital installing the lifeline emergency response system. He was an amazing man and could be counted on 100%. He was also a great problem solver. It was my good fortune to have him with me for six years. Definitely from the old school (totally reliable). He was much better than many of the paid personnel there. I also met Marjorie several times and they were a great couple. My sincere best regards.
