Obituary of Norma Jean Lindsay

LINDSAY, Norma Jean (nee MacLennan) Passed away peacefully in Toronto on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the age of 88 years. Predeceased by her husband Dr. William R.N. Lindsay. Loving mother of Mary, Don (Jennifer), Norma (Adam), Margie (Steve), Jane (Gwen) and Pattie (Craig). Proud grandmother of Julia, Charlotte and Sienna; Dylan; Ryan and Adam; and Stephen. Survived by her brother Ken MacLennan and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Ross, Donald and his wife Nadine. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at Belmont House for their care and kindness. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. Sunday, January 31st. Funeral service will be held in LAWRENCE PARK COMMUNITY CHURCH, 2180 Bayview Avenue on Monday, February 1st at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow.
