Our Woodland

We at Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles - Newbigging Chapel are conscious of today’s environmental issues – especially the depletion of our woodlands – and are proud of our commitment to the Conservation Foundation of Greater Toronto to help restore our environment.

We have dedicated Woodland at Bruce’s Mill Conservation Area in memory of those we have served. When you choose Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles - Newbigging Chapel, you are contributing to the growth of this woodland, which will continue to develop and mature for many years to come.

We encourage you to visit and enjoy our beautiful woodland site, located east of Highway 404 in Stouffville, at 3291 Stouffville Road, thirty minutes north of Toronto (please refer to the map at the bottom of the page for more location information). You will find our Woodland just inside the Conservation Area gates to the right, marked by a plaque titled “Humphrey – A.W. Miles Woodland – A Living Tribute.”
