Obituary of Jacob Waxman

WAXMAN, Jacob "Jay" Harry (June 24, 1953 - October 19, 2013) Passed away peacefully at Toronto East General Hospital, in the presence of his partner of 17 years, Jerry De Ocampo. Predeceased by his father Benjamin. Survived by his mother Edwina and sisters Louise (Ralph) and Sandra (John). He will be missed by his aunt, nephews, nieces, friends and all other people whose lives he touched. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. Kevin Workentin, Suzanne Watson SW, Angela Bovea Baca RN, Tracey Robbins RN (H7 Supervisor) and the amazing staffs of G5 and H7; their caring hands, kind words and warm hugs soothed a tired and lonely soul. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2013.
