PAUL, Joan Helen Suddenly on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Scarborough Grace Hospital, Joan Paul (nee Moat) in her 81st year. Loving mother of Victoria Paul and Douglas Paul. Dear sister of Douglas Moat and dear aunt of Douglas Moat, Sr. and Stephanie Junger-Moat. Also survived by brother-in-law Bob Paul and his sons Alex and Chris.
