Extra-ordinary role model to four children, Paul Tiffin, Marilyn (Doug) Keene, Sandra (Richard) Moccia, and Mark (Susan) Tiffin; seven grandchildren, Paul (Janice), Beth (Patrick), Jillian, Scott (Terra), Andrew, Stephanie and Jacqueline; and three great-grandsons, Samuel, Liam and Benjamin. Survived by her sister, Norma Leamen, sister-in-law, Muriel Whaley, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by husbands, Vaughan Marples and G.W. (Bill) Tiffin, son, Paul Tiffin and brother, Ronald Boe. Audrey loved to teach. She instilled the love of literature and belief in oneself to her family and to generations of students at F.E. Madill S.S. She and her husband Bill raised their children in Wingham, and were actively involved in the community. Audrey retired to her childhood city of Toronto, met and married Vaughan, and enthusiastically supported ESL teaching, church and other volunteer activities. A deeply patriotic Canadian, she also had a passion for travel and new experiences that took her to over 70 countries around the world. We celebrate her life and legacy. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, September 27th. Funeral Service will be held in DONWAY COVENANT UNITED CHURCH, 230 The Donway West on Saturday, September 28th at 2:00 p.m. Commemoration will be held in WINGHAM UNITED CHURCH, Lower Hall, 217 Minnie Street on Sunday, September 29th at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted to the CNIB Library, 1929 Bayview Avenue, Toronto M4G 3E8 or Muscular Dystrophy Canada, 2345 Yonge Street, Suite 901, Toronto M4P 2E5.
