MURRAY, Gordon ThomasPassed away on January 28, 2008. Gordon is survived by his beloved wife Mary (Mackay). Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary and brother Bill. Dear father of Tom and his wife Sue, Don, David and his wife Kim. Proud grandfather of Sean, Joe, Tim, Colin, Nolan, and Kieran. Remembered fondly by his dear sister-in-law Jean Barber, brother-in-law Frank Mackay and his wife Enid and all of his nieces and nephews. Gordon was a long time employee of Bell Canada and retired after 44 years of service.In lieu of flowers, donations would be greatly appreciated to the Manor Road United Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Sunnybrook Hospital Cardiology Department.The family will receive friends in the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East), on Thursday, January 31 from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the MANOR ROAD UNITED CHURCH, 240 Manor Road East, on Friday, February 1 at 11 a.m. Interment at St. John's Cemetery on the Humber.
