I am grateful to have known Carrie-Lee! We met via pilates class years ago, and one could not help but admire her work ethic, sharp wit, caring manner, her hearty laugh, and love of family. We'd often meet a the AGO to see an exhibit together or catching up over lunch and hearing the stories of the family - especially Katelin. Carrie-Lee - you shall be missed! God bless you.

To Frank and the rest of Carrie-Lee's family, my deepest sympathies to all of you. Words can not express how sad I am and how much I wil miss her. I regret never saying a proper good-bye to her in that last Pilates Class she taught me. I enjoyed working with Carrie-Lee,exercising alongside her and having her as my Pilates Instructor. I was lucky to be a part of a small group from work that she taught Pilates to. Class is not the same without her there. I think of her now when in class and what she would have said to us if we moaned and groaned about what we were doing. She truly was an inspiration to us all.

i was so saddened to hear of carrie's passing... i was the pilates coach at the gym where we went and she would come faithfully to my class... in spite of the fact that she was likely the oldest person in the class, she was remarkably one of the best, easily shaming young people around her which made me laugh inside and gave me hope that i might carry on as well as she.... she was warm and personable and open and kind every day i saw her.....

I wish to extend my condolences on the loss of a wonderful woman. Carrie-Lee came to Body Harmonics for professional development as a pilates instructor. It was my great pleasure to work with her. She was deeply curious about exercise and how best to teach her students. We had so much fun together and I believe that I will never meet anyone like her again. Great sense of humour and a very generous spirit! She will be missed at our studio.

The last time I saw Carrie-Lee was just a few months ago - joyfully headed to her pilates class...so full of life. Carrie-Lee was a role model for how I hope to be at her age. She was funny, bright, engaged, and a joy to have as a friend. I will miss her very much. She was taken from us much too soon.
