WEBSTER, Geddes Murray
Peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on Saturday, November 10, 2012, in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Ruth. Survived by his sisters Ellen, Elizabeth and brother David. Loved father of Jim, Mary (Keith Bullen), Lindsay (Larry Healey) and beloved "Grampa" of David and Laura Healey. He enjoyed a long and fulfilling career in the mining industry, which included Acting Administrator of the N.W.T., Member of the Ontario Securities Commission and a partner with Wisener and Partners. As Chairman of Geddes Resources, he was instrumental in developing the great Windy Craggy deposit in B.C. He loved woodworking and his time with family and friends at the farm in Mono Hills. Special thanks to the staff of The Claremont for their love and support.
The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES CHAPEL LIMITED, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 2:00 - 4:00 and 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 16. Service in the chapel on Saturday, November 17 at 1 p.m. Interment has taken place at Relessey Cemetery.
