Dear Rob - I already posted a version of this on Jackie's cancer.ca page, but I want to include a condolence here as well. My family and I knew your mother as Mrs. Baldwin, and we were saddened to hear about her passing. She was such a lovely and sweet lady. We will always remember the sparkle in her eyes, her easy smile, and her lilting voice. Our hearts and thoughts are with you and all your loved ones during this emotional time. Each person deals with the loss of a family member in such deeply personal ways, but I hope you find strength and support from those who care for you, and love and serenity from the memory of your Mom.

Dear Robert and Carmen, My Mother told me the news yesterday of your Mother's passing. I am truly sorry for your loss. I have very vivid and fond memories of your Mother. I always remember her walking to the village to buy groceries....her jet black hair ever so precisely pulled back. She was a very dear friend to my Mother and for that I am thankful. Dear Carmen and all of Blanca's family, On behalf of "the herd", we are so saddened and sorry for your loss. After hearing lovely stories about your Mamacita for over 25 years, we felt like she somehow belonged to us too.
