Obituary of Jack McConnell

Peacefully at Sunnybrook Hospital early in the morning on Saturday, August 6th, 2011. Beloved father of Shawn and Jannene. Survived by his older brother Bob. Texaco dealer affectionately known as the Mayor of Mount Pleasant. Former member of Leaside Curling, Leaside Gyro and Dunfield/Parkside Clubs. The family will receive friends at HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 3 o'clock. Donations to the Schulich Heart Centre, Sunnybrook Hospital, 2075 Bayview Ave., Toronto, ON., M4N 3M5 would be appreciated.
