Hello Trina: I was taking a quick look at Saturday’s G&M when I saw this striking picture of your mother and of course immediately recognized the name. Reading the obituary brought me quickly back to our youth and the delight of growing up on Crestview Avenue. I remember your parents as quite the handsome couple and I do remember the music in your home, the weeping willow tree in the front yard, the fortresses we built and the flowers as well. Most of all I remember your mother as a constant presence watching over us all and caring for us all with cookies and such in a home where I too always felt welcomed as a friend. What a beautiful picture of your mother in the G/M this morning. I am sure she would be pleased for all of us to see her brightening our day, even though the reason was a sad one. I hope her long life was a treasure to her family and to her. So our family sends our condolences and as then 8 year old Daisy told me, when a good friend of mine died too early, "they live on in your dreams" Lorraine, Knowlton, Francesca, Fred and our family
