Today I was going through the things of my late brother. Among them was a lecture on salesmanship that was given in Belleville Ontario in 1951 February. My father had gone and had been so impressed with the notes that he had given them to my brother. I wondered about the author and found the obituary here. Obviously he made an impression.

Hello Audrey, Please accept our deepest condolences in the passing of your beloved Jack. He was a wonderful man who was blessed to have such a loving and devoted wife and family as you were blessed to have him in your lives. From what I new of him he lived a very full and interesting life. He always kept his curiosity and had a great sense of humour and a twinkle in his eye. May you take comfort in your beautiful memories. Michelle & Jennifer Smythson

Jack McQuaig was a kind and gentle man. The world needs more like him and is a better place for having known him. Thank you Jack, we will always remember your humanity. This from another great man Winston Churchill; "I am ready to meet my Maker. Whether my Maker is prepared for the ordeal of meeting me is another matter
