To Elizabeth, Ramona, Rowlina, Rebecca, Raymond and families: It is with great sadness that I heard of David's sudden death. David used to visit the Colony, in Karachi, where we grew up. Destiny took us our separate ways and we lost touch. Regretfully, I was unable to bid my last farewell. He will be fondly remembered for his chattiness, his ever charming smile and his great wit and intelligence.
