I was recalling my days with Eaton's and with other memories I was thinking fondly of Ralph. It was sad for me that this "Google" brought up this announcement of his passing. He was a giant amoung excecutive, and it was my privilege to have served him in a financial capacity as he prepared the way for the Eaton Centre. Please accept my belated condolences, and know that he made many business friends at Eaton's. A terrific coach, it is no surprise to me that he entered teaching following his retail career. As I, his students were fortunate to have time with him. He will be remembered.

I am deeply sorry to hear of Ralph's passing and at this late date I will not be able to make it to the visitation since I am living up at Lake Simcoe and it is now 5:50 pm on Nov. 12th. I have the greatest respect for Mr. Peck who taught me well over the years. We worked together at the T. Eaton Co. as well as at the Bowring gift store chain. I have many fond memories of our time and travels together. I particularly remember that he and Meg were married on Feb. 29th on a Leap year. I had been thinking of Ralph and Meg this past week and wondered if I should just give her a call, knowing that Ralph was currently at Sunnybrook - I must have had a premonition. My thoughts and condolences go out to Meg and all of the Peck family. I will miss him too.
