Margaret, Blair, Kyle and Andrew: So sorry to hear about Joan. My condolences are sent to all of you. Joan was such a pleasant lady, and a wonderful neighbor. Every time I would cross paths with her she always had such a bright smile on her face. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
