Dorothea was far ahead of her time in many ways. I knew her in the Ontario government, at a time when she was a DM and I was a lowly communications officer. She was generous with her time and knowledge, a role model for all of us young women starting out in our careers and a dedicated public servant in the best sense of the word. She worked harder and smarter than all the people around her. I had the utmost respect for you and extent to her family my deep sympathy.
