Obituary of David Gilmor

GILMOR, David Stuart, B.A., CLU, UEAt Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, November 30th, 2008, David passed away after a battle with cancer. Beloved husband of Etheldreda Lisle (nee Parker). Loving father of Michael (Fran), Elaine (Joe Pyra) and Bob (Gayle). Missed by grandchildren Tom (Deb), Chris (Kathryn), Anne (Dave Musgrave), Ian and David, Kaitlynn, great-grandchildren, Kyle and Ethan. Predeceased by brothers John and Paul, survived by sister Rosalie (Fred Briggs) and sisters-in-law Violet Gilmor, Win Noonan and Audrey Parker. Will be missed by many friends, nieces and nephews. Member of St. Andrew's Society, Past Dominion President & Past President Toronto Branch United Empire Loyalists' Association of Canada, and Boys' Cabin. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East) from 2-5 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, December 4th. Funeral Mass at BLESSED SACRAMENT CHURCH, 24 Cheritan Avenue, Toronto at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 5th. Interment at Mount Hope Cemetery, (Erskine Avenue).
