Obituary of Sallee Baigent

Peacefully passed away at St. Michael's Hospital on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the age of 89. Sallee was born in Akron, Ohio on December 28, 1925. Sallee is survived by her wonderful sisters Judith Keegan and Sue Mosteller, C.S.J.; her son Alan (Christine) Baigent, daughters Mary Sue (Don Fraser) Baigent, Debbie (Peter) Baigent and Judy (Bill) McMillan. She also leaves behind eleven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and her dear friend Darlene Desveaux. Predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob) and two sons, Michael and Taylor. Sallee spent the last two years of her life at Avondale Retirement Home. The family would like to thank all the staff at Avondale and St. Michael's Hospital for their loving care and support. A funeral mass will be held in ST. ANSELM'S CHURCH, 1 MacNaughton Road, Toronto, at Millwood Road on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 10 o'clock, followed by a reception at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue. Sallee spent her entire life volunteering and serving others.
