Without my grandfather, I wouldn't be with my family today. I will be forever grateful to the man who gave me a better life. He will be missed and loved immensely and I only hope that his wonderful persona can be passed on to those that knew him. I love you Grandpa.

Dear Susan,John and families: I was saddened to learn of your father's recent death. Doug was responsible for my hiring at the Insurance Department back in 1959 and it was always a pleasure to work with him for many years afterwards.In retirement I enjoyed our annual luncheons and I always appreciated his sincere interest in me and my family over the years.
