Obituary of George Colin Temple

GEORGE COLIN TEMPLE Passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Christie Gardens where he enjoyed the last years of his life. Thanks to their staff for their extremely kind care. Born March 15, 1923 in West Hartlepool, England ("where they hung the monkey"). He was a parishioner of Northlea United Church, Toronto and St. James Anglican Church, Port Carling, his two hometowns. He was a lifetime member of Muskoka Lakes Golf Club. Colin was very proud of his "fifty years and seven months" career at Loblaws. He was a gracious and generous gentleman who was devoted to his family who all predeceased him; (father George, mother Mary, brother Tom and sister Margaret). Colin is survived by his many friends. A service will be held at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W.
