Dear Woeller family, We first met your parents when they moved to London, Ont. and Elizabeth and Naomi taught together at CPRI. Elizabeth was inspiring to work with – creative, generous and always so kind. She had a wonderful sense of humour and we had many great conversations about politics, religion, education and our children. Her advice regarding the last was excellent. We were fortunate to spend some evenings with both David and Elizabeth and were always struck by how engaged they were with everything –both near and far. May God be of comfort to your family. Michael, Susan, David, Hilary, Christopher, Stephen, Trace, my heart goes out to each of you at this very difficult time. Liz was kind, wise, loving, generous, gentle, fun loving and an eternal optimist. She was a teacher of many and a student of life. I will remember her smile, and her wonderful voice, always wanting to chat and catch up with those around her. I fondly remember family dinners growing up with all of you, and your Mom's spaghetti and quiche! Later Liz continued to turn up in my life. She and your dad were our neighbours in Riverdale, joined us at Redeemer and later my Mom's neighbour at Christie Gardens. We shared good times together all through my life. I join the many who will miss her very much.

Dear Family of Elizabeth I have such fond memories of Elizabeth (and David). Her smile was a blessing, her eyes were so intent as she listened with openness and kindness in conversation. My memories are from time shared at Christ Church, London (also now closed) during their retirement. I heard stories of the earlier Christ Church years with the Black and Burd families growing up with the Woeller's and the commitment to social justice - especially with Adrianne Black - and what a foundation of community that laid for the future. One small part of her legacy. Deep love leaves deep loss. May your memories of her love for you, and compassion for others, bring comfort, in time, and strengthen and motivate you in your lives. Peace

To the Woeller Family We are deeply sorry at the news of the death of dear Elizabeth and send condolences to all the family. Elizabeth was a special friend for many years - A gracious and gentle person who put everyone before herself. She was with us in May, when friends met at our home to share memories of my brother Elliot who died in April and we shall always remember her genuine concern for my family. With David, she visited Elliot during a visit to Iona sand they developed a special friendship at that time. You have been blessed to have been raised by such a wonderful woman and our hearts go out to all of you. We feel richer having been included in the lives of Elizabeth and David. God bless you all Elizabeth and Ron Potts.

Thinking of you all and know she will be missed greatly. "Liz" was so kind to me when I was first married in 1964, in St. Lambert. She and David were great friends to us all at St.P's, interested in Chris and Jenny and welcoming to Bob. You have wonderful memories I know to support you all now. Fondly Pat
