Obituary of Janet Lazaris

LAZARIS, Janet (nee Robertson) March 19, 1958 - June 26, 2015 With great sadness and heavy hearts we mourn the passing of Janet Lazaris. She will be sorely missed by her high-school sweetheart and devoted husband of 34 years, Louis Lazaris; her mother, Jane Robertson; her mother-in-law, Sophia Lazaris; her siblings Bruce Robertson (Kelly McCarthy), Judith Robertson (Mike Patti), Brian Robertson (Jessica) and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her father, Herb Robertson and her father-in-law, Demetre Lazaris. Janet was a remarkable woman who had a long and fulfilling career in market research. Her professional success as Executive Vice President, Retail at Vision Critical was matched by a happy personal life. After close to 5 years of courageous living with terminal cancer, Janet's final days were peaceful. Our only regret is that the end came too soon. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2015. The funeral will take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the CHURCH OF THE TRANSFIGURATION, 111 Manor Road East.
