I am deeply saddened to learn of Janet's passing, Jeremy. Please accept my sincerest condolences. Janet was an outstanding educator and a superb mentor who was always willing to answer queries on how to deal with a "sticky" situation. I knew Janet professionally in a union management relationship which is often known to be confrontational. This warm, compassionate and smart manager was unafraid to make tough decisions and even though you didn't always get the outcome you wanted you always felt you were given a fair and thorough hearing. The education system could use many more administrators like her..

Dear Jeremy, and all of Janet's extended family - It was with great sadness that we heard the news that Janet died earlier this week. Janet's impact on my life cannot be measured. Dear Jeremy - we are so deeply saddened by Janet's passing and send our heartfelt condolences. Our life and death dates are always separated by a "dash".
