Obituary of Elva Murray

MURRAY, Elva Elva passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord on Monday, January 12, 2015 at the age of 97. Dear mother of Lolly (Laura) Brewster. Beloved grandmother of Jamie Curtin and of Paul, Brian and Sheila Brewster. Elva was predeceased by her husband George St. Lawrence and their children, Edie, Muriel and Ian. She was also predeceased by her second husband Victor Murray. Many thanks to the very kind staff and volunteers at Carefree Lodge, Toronto, where Elva lived for the last two years of her life. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME A.W. MILES - NEWBIGGING CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville Avenue) from 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 17 for a service in the chapel at 12:30 p.m. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
