Dear Stephanie and Jean-Marc, My deepest condolences go out to you both. Stephanie, I just heard through Ann DrewBrook of the passing of your dear Mom. I know how close you both were, and how good you have always been to her. I keep the fond memories of her, way back to Moore ave, where you and your mom were such good neighbours to my beloved Nadine. These are difficult days for you. Think of all the good memories you have shared, and they will stay with you forever. I don't have your home address, so this is why I am thinking of you along this way. It is amazing that your Mom, reached the age of 100. Few people can say that. As Ann wrote to me, she was so nice always to her too and she will be missed at Christie gardens too. It sounds like a lovely place. When things settle down, please let me know about your lives. I always heard from Nadine about you all. My love to you, and hugs from this old friend, who thinks of you in these sad days. Alice.

Dearest Stephanie, Jean-Marc, and Christian, My heart goes out to you for the loss of your very dear mother, mother-in-law, and grandmother, and for the anguish of these last harrowing months of her failing health. I have so many fond memories of Dorothy over the years, with her friendship of my aunt Nadine, and more recently, of her stay at Christie Gardens. I so much loved and admired her sprightly and endearing personality. Thinking of you with much sympathy and love.

Dorothy was a much liked member of the Glebe Bridge club for many years. Her service is being held on the day of a regular club session and so some of her friends who might have attended the service will be "at the table". We all send our condolences.
